This project reflects the perfect balance between sophistication and functionality, designed for a couple who appreciates minimalist design and light colors. With 130m² of space, the apartment integrates areas harmoniously, creating spacious and inviting environments.

The kitchen and living room are the main protagonists of the project, forming a fluid space that prioritizes social interaction and visual openness. The central kitchen island, finished in white with oak wood details, serves as both a functional and social element, connecting the spaces. Natural light, provided by large openings, is complemented by a décor that adds personality and harmony to the space, bringing life to the environment.

The balcony, designed as a resting area, integrates seamlessly with the apartment's interior, enhancing the external view and creating a relaxing atmosphere. With well-defined spaces and furniture in soft tones, it is the ideal setting for moments of tranquility.

In the suites, the clean and welcoming design is marked by the use of white fluted panels and a neutral color palette. The connection to the balcony reinforces the integration between interior and exterior, while the choice of fabrics and textures adds a touch of comfort and sophistication.

The bathrooms follow the same minimalist language, with light beige finishes and natural wood details on the cabinet handles. The natural light, combined with modern finishes such as black faucets and built-in niches, ensures a functional and elegant environment.

The apartment's powder room is a highlight, bringing personality to the design with its green-toned wall covering. The sculpted sink adds a contemporary and sophisticated touch, while the carefully chosen details complement the elegance of the space.

This project, , developed in partnership with Doma Arquitetura and André Ávila Arquitetura, is a clear example of how it is possible to combine aesthetics and practicality, meeting the daily needs of its residents without compromising on comfort and sophistication.
