The family-owned business had outgrown their previous facilities and needed a space conducive to both warehouse and office functions. The design allows for the incorporation of both programs with additional area, housing group and leisure spaces, at their center to join the two cohesively. Both façade and plan layouts were designed to conform to the client’s branding and marketing.

This is achieved through the incorporation of sharp cuts and angles as well spatial layering, planar shifts, and apertures to the site’s surrounding landscape. These careful design approaches result in a corporate headquarters that effectively responds to and celebrates its surrounding context while successfully serving as a representation of the client’s goals and branding.
