The concept of the mystic island inspired from the tropical paradise from natural beauty of Phuket combined with the site location in center of the city. With unique 'Behold Miami Contextual Architecture', the building design incorporates alternating curves and multiple layers to imitate the formation of islands, with every unit experiencing natural beauty and green space.

The landscape area consists of a stunning courtyard garden and large Andaman Sea-inspired oceanic pool – as surrounded by small and large islands. The pool was separated into active and passive activity in order to respond to all users with curved design to evoke sense of comfort and safety for calming experience.
