Extraordinary life in a green landscape at any altitude
Mountain Valley, or MoVa for short, owes its name to the combination of “Mountains” and “Valleys”. The Mountain takes its shape by allowing the masses to bounce back at every level. This creates an outdoor space per layer that is divided into private, semi-public and public. The Valley is created when two Mountains are turned towards each other. The space between the Mountains forms a closed public indoor area that can be used by the community as an outdoor space.

Adaptable to every wish
Many functions have been integrated within the MoVa building design to create as much living space as possible in the home. In this way, living costs are kept relatively low. The innovative urban design offers space for your own interpretation of the plinth and the morphology of the building. This interpretation can be adapted to any wish. The façade has many design options in which wood comes into its own. Ultimately, the project and operating budget determine the choice of materialization. Nevertheless, MoVa offers the opportunity to integrate a lot of greenery and thus opt for an ecological building design. Further developed by B-invented together with B-leaf into an optimal timber construction shell consisting of HSB facade and wall elements, where necessary constructive CLT walls and floors in CLT.

Extraordinary life
MovA is characterized by a green landscape of private and (semi-)public outdoor spaces at every height. There is a gradual transition from the public streets to the semi-public garden and from this community garden to the private gardens at height. The shape of the “Mountain Valley” is designed in such a way that all outdoor spaces are in contact with each other. Every resident has a private outdoor space, regardless of the size of the apartment. In other words, extraordinary life in a green landscape at any altitude.
