What was the brief?
The brief focused on designing an outdoor space that could foster collaboration, creativity, and connection among four design companies sharing the office. The garden was to serve as the heart of the project, offering areas for contemplation, teamwork, and social interaction, while seamlessly integrating with the urban surroundings.

What were the key challenges?
One of the key challenges was maximizing the functionality of the 810 m² site while preserving its natural elements, such as the existing native trees. Additionally, creating diverse spaces for both large and small groups required careful zoning and design to ensure privacy and usability without compromising the overall harmony of the landscape.

What materials did you choose and why?
The materials were selected to complement the natural surroundings and ensure durability. Local stone was used for pathways and seating, offering a connection to the region’s identity, while wood elements added warmth and a sense of craftsmanship. Vegetation was chosen based on sunlight exposure and local adaptability, ensuring a sustainable and low-maintenance design.
