Located on the 9th floor of the DEMCO Office Tower in Antelias, Lebanon, the Medawar Aesthetics Clinic occupies a carefully curated space of 170 square meters. The program features two main offices with dedicated examination rooms, a slimming clinic, a laser anti-aging clinic, a reception area, and supporting facilities.

The architectural approach mirrors the philosophy of aesthetics: enhancing beauty as an expression of the soul. Inspired by Audrey Hepburn’s iconic words, “Beauty is being the best possible version of yourself on the inside and out,” the design integrates the concept of "inside-out beauty" through a distinctive mirrored box that serves as a centerpiece of the space. This feature reflects patients as they enter and leave, creating an atmosphere of self-awareness and belonging.

The mirrored box houses the waiting area, which is illuminated by a stretched light ceiling, alongside two examination rooms. The interplay of light, reflective surfaces, and panoramic views of Beirut's cityscape creates a seamless connection between the interior and the exterior. The two-faced mirrored walls amplify this experience, reflecting the cityscape to infinity and bringing a sense of vastness and openness to the space.

Natural light plays a pivotal role in the clinic's ambiance, with clear glass elevations, white walls, and reflective materials working harmoniously to enhance brightness and transparency. These elements, combined with the strategic use of light and reflection, result in an environment that is both welcoming and uplifting.

The Medawar Aesthetics Clinic stands as a testament to the harmony between architecture and human experience, creating a space where beauty, both internal and external, is celebrated.
