For the reconversion of the Corelio business park in Groot-Bijgaarden, the client Futurn sought a fresh, contemporary look for its buildings together with the architect.

On site J, Futurn built a new logistics centre with accompanying office for Zenith Graphics at this strategic top location. The 6000m² of production space is efficiently stacked on two levels, with a duplex office on top. As a result, ground intake is greatly reduced.

Three different types of ISIS point profiles (ISIS 33, ISIS 55 and ISIS 79) were used for this building. These profiles are finished in a high-quality polyurethane paint, the SINEA 85 coating in a white colour, Ral 9010.

These 3 types are used in a playful way in the façade. For example, the internal stacking of the two production levels is externalised by applying a different point profile plate. And by introducing the black gable frames around the windows, in which a different type of point profile plate is applied, the large building is nevertheless brought to a human scale.
