Tidal - Suspension

Hamedan Chamber of commerce

Persian art and architecture is heavily influenced by mathematical geometry , with few, if any notable works existing without a geometric framework appearing in the composition. The formal, organizational and even decorative properties inherent to geometric systems were the design basis of the Hamedan Chamber of Commerce. The narrow strip morphology is the result of interference and interaction between design requirements and site forces such as entry access, the sun path, views and site parameters. Caption Caption The relationship between various elements and spatial organization were controlled through the resulting geometric pattern and integrated design and building components into a greater whole. The building design is base... Más

Vilakoudeh

Habitable FacadeThe facade of the building is a boundary that separates the inside and outside of the building. This separation also causes the city to be separated from the building and reduces the urban transparency. However, the sense of urban security can be directly related to the experience of transparency in the city. Caption Caption Caption In Villakodeh project, the facade of the building is stepped away from the city corridor. This form of formation creates floor terraces that are also connected by external stairs. With this vertical connection and gradual set-backing, the facade becomes a habitable space for the residents of the house. In this architectural diagram, the roof of each floor becomes a front yard for... Más

Parikrama

Approached by a friend who represents a Minimal-window producer from Portugal, called PANORAMAH. We, were given the task of developing a sort of case study home, in the Murud region amidst a coconut grove.  The windows being super high-tech and modern in their presence were meant to disappear against the verdant view.   javiercallejas.com Caption Caption The plan evolved like a two headed worm, with the sleeping spaces in series and the higher main living and dining spaces flanking opposite ends of the series. The idea being, the tracing of a PARIKRAMA, a circum-ambulatory path, while moving from spaces, always in contact with the outside.  javiercallejas.com javiercallejas.com javiercallej... Más

Ramsar Tower

The building›s facade defines the boundary between its interior and exterior. In the Ramsar residential tower, there are two facades: an impenetrable internal one that divides interior spaces and an outer layer of clear glass that offers unobstructed views of the surrounding nature. Caption Caption Caption Caption Caption Caption The space between these facades creates a habitable boundary, providing an experience that blurs the line between inside and outside.
