Located in one of the most famous neighborhoods in Curitiba, this 170 m² apartment received a complete transformation led by Estúdio Elmor. The project, which reflects modern and urban life, reflects the pulsating energy of contemporary metropolises, where every detail was meticulously planned to harmonize dynamism with the welcoming comfort desired by clients.
The concept embraces a modern and cosmopolitan aesthetic, where clean lines, geometric shapes and contemporary materials meet. The color palette, predominantly urban and sophisticated, mixes neutral tones as gray, black and white. These elements not only add dynamism, but also reflect the diverse personality and cultural vitality of major global cities.
The layout was meticulously designed to promote integration and fluidity between spaces. Living, dining and kitchen areas connect harmoniously, creating a perfect environment for entertaining and social gathering. This is the ideal place for the family to welcome friends, share good wine and enjoy lively conversations while preparing delicious meals together.
Cinex aluminum panels are essential elements for contemporary aesthetics, adding modernity and an urban touch to spaces. Strategically applied to doors, partitions and furniture details, these panels not only offer texture and shine, but also reinforce the sophisticated style of the room. As for loose furniture, important design names such as Estudiobola and Carbono stand out, as well as pieces designed by architect Jorge Elmor, as the rug Broadway from the Tramas Urbanas collection, which pays homage to the main cities in the world, examples of sustainability, social and technological development. and cultural, with carpets in geographic sections based on aerial photos of these iconic locations.
In addition to the contemporary design, the project incorporates modern technology and intelligent solutions to further enhance the comfort and convenience of residents. Home automation systems, adjustable LED lighting and remote control devices are features that not only simplify everyday life, but also provide a truly modern living experience adapted to the fast pace of urban life.
