The architect Nildo José propose a deep dive into our roots and identity during the 37th edition of CASACOR São Paulo, from May 21st to July 28th, at Conjunto Nacional, an architectural mark in the capital of São Paulo, the theme "From present, now". Inspired by ancestry and a sense of belonging, he chose the indigenous Guarani word Ñe'é, means soul, to name his environment: a technological, connected and functional home that takes us on a journey, which seeks to capture the purity of our essence and allows us to be increasingly authentic.

With 377m², "Casa Ñe’é LG" is a vibrant and welcoming space that invites us to explore what makes us human and alive. The project includes a gallery at the entrance, lounges, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, home office, master suite, master bath and living room, it’s a complete sensory experience.
The project has a naturally light palette, with pink and earthy tones, contrasted by a little green, creating an almost playful atmosphere. The organic architecture, marked by the spontaneous expression of thought, is covered with a machined MDF panel that resembles bamboo stalks, creating the sensation of a winding path through the forest. The handmade ceramic floor, from Keramica, extends throughout the room, was designed with the braids of Brazilian baskets, providing an elegant and welcoming look like a large interwoven rug.

By valuing the works of artists and artisans from indigenous peoples, "Casa Ñe’é LG" seeks to connect with what makes us unique, creating exclusive spaces that reflect the essence of each individual. “This project is a celebration of the human soul, the passion that guides us, the experience that shapes us and the choices that define us. In a world in constant change, this house is a testimony to our ability to be more and more ourselves, connected with the present and the future”, says Nildo.

The entrance is designed to prepare the visitor for what is to come in this universe that combines architecture and technology. The lounge with armchairs is the welcome point, while the dining room features a table designed by the NJ+ office. In the living room, the heart of the house, large windows open onto the landscaping designed by Bia Abreu, bringing light and highlighting the panel, which incorporates drawings from nature in a unique office design, as well as the futuristic fireplace.

In terms of furniture, we can highlight the beautiful sofa, designed by NJ+ and executed by Líder Interiores. The PL-61 armchair by Percival Lafer and V Chair by Zanine Caldas, from Etel Design, the Stella armchair by Sergio Rodrigues, from Dpot, the Envelope armchair by Ilse Lang, from +55 Design, and Esfera Armchair by Ricardo Fasanello, of Cultural Heritage, add sophistication to the layout. To compose the decoration of the spaces, crystal pieces from Wolff, wine glasses, borosilicate glass pieces, as the set of cups and kettle, complete the production.
In the home office, a spectacular bookshelf is inserted in a niche surrounded by shelves full of books. In the master suite, designed by NJ+ and executed by Líder Interiores, the bed is unique: a window behind shapes the piece, with the green of the landscaping integrating to give life to the environment, which is connected to the bathroom by wall, where a bathtub complements the suite spectacularly. With a project that tells about the search for uniqueness, NJ+ stands out with its inspiring stories.
