A woman, an artist, enjoys collecting objects and travel stories. She is a long-time client of the office where we designed a 2,000-square-meter house. After her life changed over the years, she asked us for a smaller, more practical house! The family got married and moved house, but she loves welcoming her children and grandchildren into her new home!
Practicality and integration with nature! Practical materials, welcoming environments, small lot but with lots of greenery on its walls! A beautiful water feature, an element of nature, is part of the decor! The gourmet kitchen makes it part of the living room and cooking moments are a distraction for the family.

The difficulty was changing the size of the client's current house to this new one, which had a smaller lot. And the client has always been very close to nature, so she wanted the house to be surrounded by "greenery", so this was also a point that with surveys and the involvement of our landscaper Leda, we were able to solve and the client was very satisfied.
All the materials in the house are easy to maintain, the choice of covered walls brings warmth and ease of maintenance, and the natural mood of the project

The client always has a lot of visitors, so we integrated all of our spaces, so that when someone is in the living room, the person in the dining room can be close to them. And along with this integration, we also brought comfort to the space, using Nani straw, the darker carpentry, since the house has plenty of natural light.
All the materials in the house are easy to maintain, the choice of coated walls brings comfort and ease of maintenance, and the natural mood of the project.
