The Mani office project, as one of the key offices of the Hoger Holding, has been formed with an innovative and coherent approach to design. One of the most prominent design features of this project is the inspiration from constellations in the design of the void, which, as a symbolic and conceptual element, has a direct connection with the Hoger brand identity. This idea has created a sense of dynamism, continuity and connection between the different components of the space, not only visually, but also philosophically. The modern villa is located on the outskirts of the city of Karditsa, in Thessaly. The characteristics of the place were a great inspiration. In general, the design of the building refers to two axes. The semi-urban environment of the city and the natural landscape with the rich mountainous terrain. The cave houses in Kea island, develop on a picturesque hill, overlooking the bay of Vourkari. The architectural design of the kea island villas, integrates the structures in the unique natural environment. Built into the slopes, these cave houses follow the contours of the natural terrain. Their volumes, develop in the ground, seamlessly blending in the characteristic Cycladic landscape. This integration ends up in continuous, arched facades that open to the Aegean Sea, offering unobstructed, breathtaking views. The Botanical Bar is located in the historical center of Nizhny Novgorod.One of the main elements of the bar is a “contact” bar counter for two bartenders. Approached by a friend who represents a Minimal-window producer from Portugal, called PANORAMAH. GZC Dampoort is a large health center with two floors, where many healthcare providers come together under one roof. The one-and-a-half-line health center will house a general practice, psychologist, outpatient clinic, pharmacy, dermatologist and many others. In this project, we took care of the distribution of spaces and interior design, facing the challenge of transforming an apartment that was originally delivered with walls and finished kitchen and bathroom areas. Our first task was to dialogue with the clients to understand their family needs and the furniture they wanted to keep. The Flight Zipline and Café are located on Red Mountain in Qom, connecting two mountains. The café features five interconnected sections housing a café-restaurant, kitchen, and party hall on the ground floor. Its roof has an urban terrace inspired by Aliqapo Palace, incorporating light structures. The sliding sections and tent-like forms evoke traditional Iranian architecture, enhancing night lighting and harmonizing with the desert landscape.
