Villa in Karditsa, Greece
The modern villa is located on the outskirts of the city of Karditsa, in Thessaly. The characteristics of the place were a great inspiration. In general, the design of the building refers to two axes. The semi-urban environment of the city and the natural landscape with the rich mountainous terrain. The prismatic design of the volumes, are a strong architectural reference to the mountainous landscape of the region. An attempt to integrate an urban villa to its natural surroundings.

Cave houses, Kea
The cave houses in Kea island, develop on a picturesque hill, overlooking the bay of Vourkari. The architectural design of the kea island villas, integrates the structures in the unique natural environment. Built into the slopes, these cave houses follow the contours of the natural terrain. Their volumes, develop in the ground, seamlessly blending in the characteristic Cycladic landscape. This integration ends up in continuous, arched facades that open to the Aegean Sea, offering unobstructed, breathtaking views. This architectural design results in structures that almost disappear in the slope, leaving the landscape almost untouched.

A Slice of Earth
The ancient moniker for Seoul’s Namsan Mountain resonates with historical echoes—Mokmyeoksan. Since 1392, when the Joseon Dynasty unfurled its reign and anointed Seoul as Hanyang, Namsan assumed paramount importance in the intricate tapestry of Feng-shui. Here, the convergence of natural energies and strategic positioning was palpable. The mountain’s slopes bore witness to defensive ramparts and watchtowers, fortifications against external threats.
