The project was developed by expanding the apartment's social space, integrating the living room and kitchen and creating a visually unique space by demolishing one of the bedrooms.

The layout of the three bathrooms, which make up the same nucleus in plan, was partially altered to bring more comfort to these environments. The volume of the toilet has been relocated to the entrance and, together with the white cobogós, forms a small hall. The arch-shaped niche emerged from this demolition and accommodates a wainscot sideboard, which houses the sound equipment.

The dining table is positioned in the center of the portico that makes the transition between the living room and the kitchen, creating a link between these ambiences.
In the intimate area, two bedrooms are transformed into a single suite, integrated into the dressing room / bathroom through a half-wall, which allows natural ventilation and lighting, and at the same time creates a small living area.

The minimalist aesthetic sets the tone of the apartment through the monolithic microcement flooring, white walls and wainscoting and muxarabi. To contrast the white and neutral tones, colorful paintings and decorative objects, as well as marbe with its well-marked veins are used.
