The Bureau was established in 2008 by Dmitry Morozov. Our vision is based on finding a balance between leading international practices and the needs of a particular place and society.
We believe that we are responsible to society for our architectural solutions, and we weigh each of them. We strive to create long-term, sustainable solutions that contribute to the positive transformation of spaces and communities.
We are always open to international experiences, because we believe that it is the exchange of best practices that helps to find the best solutions.
We believe that there are no insignificant tasks in the work of an architect, so we work equally carefully on meaning, form and content. Even seemingly insignificant details eventually form a complete picture.
We believe that only a trust-based dialogue with the Customer, the city and contractors is the key to a successful completion of construction. Involvement in the creation of architectural structures is by definition creative and thus can change the cultural agenda of all participants.
